What is rebounding?

Rebounding is a low-impact, high energy fitness class performed on a mini trampoline that provides a cardiovascular challenge whilst strengthening and toning the whole body with multiple scientifically proven benefits.

Accessible to all ages and abilities, even those new to exercise!

We provide the mini trampolines (soft bounce bungee models that give a quiet and comfortable bounce - suitable for all intensity levels).

  • You can bounce to release endorphins (that make you happy)!
  • You can bounce for fitness (your working every cell in the body)!
  • You can bounce to lose weight (you burn more calories than jogging)!

  • You can bounce for your pelvic floor (each bounce engages your deep core)!
  • You can bounce to release toxins (rebounding is known as the Hangover Workout)!
